In his search for new sustainable materials Peter van de Water found Ecopixel. This terrazzo-like material inspired him to design a sculptural chair for Banne. Ecopixel is made from ‘raw’ waste material and can be infinitely melted down and reused. It is fully recyclable & circular.
A Guiltless Plastic Award 2020 finalist, Bloom turns waste into something beautiful. The stools are created from Low-Density PolyEthylene (LDPE) by Ecopixel – a plastic that can be infinitely melted down and reused, yet withstands temperatures from -10°C
