About European Union Intellectual Property Office -EUIPO

The EUIPO is a decentralised agency of the EU, set up to manage two intellectual property rights which are valid in every Member State of the European Union – the European Union trade mark (EUTM) and the Registered Community Design (RCD). Both the EUTM and RCD are valuable business assets for small and large companies alike. The EUIPO also organises the DesignEuropa Awards, which celebrate excellence in design and design management among Registered Community Design (RCD) holders.
