Benelux Introduction Beemlamps

Introduction Beemlamps in the Benelux for the design orientated public. The latest Led technology!

The debut lamps Smile and Curli take advantage of the latest LED soft-filement technology expressed through Samuel Wilkinson's fluid modern forms , hand-made craftmanship together with devotion to detail. Beems mission is to create refined lighting solutions, so naturally we created a range of fixtures to complement our bulbs. Whether hung from the ceiling, placed on a table or fixed on the wall each fixture is designed to show off our bulbs in the best way! At Beem we always try to use raw, honest materials as we do not like to compromise on quality and feel. Our glass tubes are made from the highest quality Borosilicate glass and the tubes have also been doubled sandblasted ( inside and outside) for optimum light translation. Our bulbs use the latest flexible LED filements. It is a combination of highly engineered micro leds over-moulded with a carefully coloured silicon. One of our objectives was to use less plastic, so where possible we have used industrial ceramic for moulded parts. Stable at high temperatures and perfect for heat dissipation. Due to the complexity of Curli's twisting form, we used frosted polycarbonate which is strong with a good light translation.
