Big Hoop collage
Meghan Clarke and Flora Lechner
The Big Hoop is a large scale sculpture that is taking an embroidery hoop and its contents as a starting point. Blowing both up to a monumental scale, this work, will make the tools and labour of a traditionally timid female activity, unashamedly visible.

About Meghan Clarke and Flora Lechner
We are Meghan Clarke (30) and Flora Lechner (26), two artists and designers who have come together to collaborate on a sculpture which we received a funding from Droom en Daad in Rotterdam. We met during our Masters in Contextual Design at Design Academy Eindhoven, from which we graduated in 2020.
