Bilihome aims to support jaundiced newborns and their parents, naturally. The wearable solution allows optimal blue light therapy and helps babies to recover in the right environment. By making the next steps towards a phototherapy wearable, we received the concept Red Dot: Best of the Best.

Easy and fast dressing of the newborn is key of the usability of the phototherapy romper of Bilihome. Although looking very ordinary, the romper entails smart features to allow wearable blue light therapy, which can be applied in a strait forward way, comforting the parent while doing natural care and allowing boding right from the beginning. The romper is core of the solution, being the garment for the wearable blue light pads and attachment for the power supply.
