Location: Entresol – Klokgebouw 50, 5617 AB Eindhoven – Keynote: Synthetic biologist Dr. Nadine Bongaerts Senior Scientist Molecular Biology at French food startup Gourmey; the first French cultured meat company working on an ethical foie gras based on stem cells. Is synthetic biology the future of our food? – Designer pitches Three designers present a thought-provoking future food project or vision in the form of a short pitch. Panel members from the retail, industry, science and agri sector will react to the pitches.
