Koelhuis District Eindhoven Night Render
Group A architects
The area around Koelhuis (the former Campina vrieshuis) will transform into the Koelhuis District: a cultural district centered on Immersive Experiences (IX), new media art, and contemporary culture. It will be a permanent incubator for the creative and technical community to live, work, and present
About Concrete Culture
Concrete Culture embeds art, culture, and technology within urban developments, transforming them into sustainable communities.
Flagship initiatives include Koelhuis Eindhoven (former Campina vrieshuis) and Katoenhuis Rotterdam (a 5,500m² former cotton warehouse in Rotterdam's Maker District, M4H). Both focus on Immersive Experiences (IX) and offer communal workspaces, studios, and presentation venues to support creative and technical talent.
