Do nothing and recharge

Re-charge draws attention to the importance of regeneration and rest in the overstimulated, consumerist surrounding of contemporary world, reminding about the alternative ways of being. It combines various design disciplines and uses them as tools to create a moment of recharge, a place where visitors can slow down, reflect — and hopefully — finally do nothing for a while.

Tools to recharge

Poetic spoken words as a invitation to enhance the experience of the senses -smell, sound, taste- to fully experience the immersive installation. (Natacha Pincemaille-Neveu). Five different subtle scent landscapes that stimulate a collective state of mind, a sense of unity and connection. (Mandy Shah) Sparkling water with flavors of different herbs. The drinks have a calming effect, provide relaxation and focus. (Georgia Janssen) Textile banners presenting texts on the act of "doing nothing" seen from various perspectives — as a vital activity, a protest strategy, an idle. (Ola Korbańska) A soundscape through an 8D audio setup (Dolby Atmos) that allows visitors to move freely and hear the sound independently from every angle. Re-charge Live
