Curtain by Anthony Litjes makes invisible energy visible. High-voltage arcs form a dynamic curtain of light, sound, and electromagnetic force. The installation explores the moment when natural forces reveal themselves temporarily.

Curtain makes invisible energy visible through light arcs, sound, and electromagnetic force.

Energetic Manifestation

Curtain by Anthony Litjes is an installation in which invisible energy becomes temporarily visible. High-voltage arcs form a dynamic curtain of light that continuously moves and transforms. Electrical discharges, sound, and electromagnetic fields make a hidden natural process perceptible, revealing the boundary between matter and energy.

Between Technology and Nature

The installation explores how natural forces manifest when they transition from an invisible state into a perceivable form. Electricity is not only used as a technical source, but as an artistic medium that creates moments of wonder and awareness.

Spatial Experience

Curtain activates the space and the perception of the visitor. The work invites us to look differently at the forces that continuously shape our world: energy, light, magnetism, and the hidden dynamics behind reality.
