The Rietveld Academie presents works by alums who graduated from the bachelor in 2025. The exhibition reflects many of the academy’s various specialisations and each selected project connects to the theme of TIME.

Ten graduation projects connected to the concept of TIME

Welcome to the Rietveld Academie's presentation of works by alums who graduated from the bachelor in 2025. The exhibition reflects many of the academy’s various specialisations: Architectural Design, Ceramics, designLAB, Jewellery - Linking Bodies, Fine Arts, The Large Glass, Photography, Fashion and Graphic Design.

Every project in this exhibition is in some form related to the concept of TIME. It can appear as a direct invitation to the audience, a memory of the past, or something suspended and still. Time here is elastic, it is stretched, expanded, and suspended. It is intimate and familiar, yet brutal and unsettling. Time asks for patience, memory, or speculation... It unfolds with us and through us, keeping us in motion: looking backward, anticipating what comes next, or remaining in the present. This year’s selection of Rietveld alumni connects to TIME in their own way, offering layered, fractured, and reimagined perspectives on its many meanings.

Participating alums: Eva Mels, Hanna Orion, Jade-Elina Vuorinen, Max van Meeuwen, Miguel Domingues, Rocco Enzo ter Haar, Sali Sylla, The Agency Services, Thom Mac Gillavry, Tyra Plucer-Sarna.
