Hub-it is an analogue companion in this digital world, to help you stay focused through the habit of zooming in.

About Hub-it

Working digitally and from different locations has made it easier to get distracted and overwhelmed. Hub-it helps to get the most out of our situation by taking a moment to tangibly zoom in, clarify and organize our work. The A6 booklet folds into a desk display, providing a reliable, distraction-free view of your focus for that moment. The reusable cards, inspired by a proven productivity method, guide you through each step of building this habit. Hub-it makes it easier to zoom in at the start of your day, stay focused on what’s important and wrap it up efficiently.

The method

Each card in Hub-it represents a step taken in the method, guiding you in building this habit.
Begin your day by opening Hub-it and focusing on your current priorities. Transfer tasks from your agenda or laptop to Hub-it for a clear, distraction-free view. Use the suggested symbols to mark off tasks and capture any thoughts or notifications in your inbox to review later, avoiding distractions. At the end of the day, or when a moment occurs, organize these thoughts into your own tools like your agenda, cloud storage or notebook. Regularly review your system to ensure everything is up-to-date and prepare for upcoming tasks. A folder is included to provided more information on getting started.
