Rainpark is a collab between. ZUS x Floris Schoonderbeek x Cleantech Park Arnhem. Rainpark is a place wich celebrates rain and the possibilities of it. The main structure in the park is the 4 meter tall Rainlung. A flexible rainstorage that grows with the volume of rain inside. The spiral shaped bags go up and down during rain and dry periods. The visible water capacity comunicates our relation we should develop with (rain)water. Rainpark is a showcase, playgroudn and metingplace in central eindhoven. With 1 up to 3 Rainlungs and a netwerk of piping the rainwater can be experienced and used in different ways. The rainlungs are supported by round benches/tables wich makes people part of the objects, visual and in experience.
