Industrial Design HUB
Industrial Design HUB
ID-HUB showcases the power of collaboration. Leading Dutch industrial design agencies and innovative companies present real-world projects that demonstrate how design drives innovation, sustainability and business growth.

DESIGN MEETS INDUSTRY

WHEN DESIGN MEETS INDUSTRY
When these worlds come together, the result is greater than the sum of their parts. The creativity and expertise of designers, combined with the commercial strength, production capabilities, and market knowledge of businesses, create a powerful engine for innovation. This not only leads to smarter and more sustainable products, but also strengthens competitiveness and drives economic growth.

HOW DESIGN MEETS INDUSTRY
Designers bring creativity, specialist knowledge and a fresh perspective. Companies contribute market insight, production expertise and commercial strength. When these qualities come together, ideas can
develop into meaningful, viable solutions, often with results neither party could have achieved alone.

Successful collaboration requires trust, commitment and a shared vision. ID-HUB provides insight into how partnerships between designers and companies are formed, how the design process unfolds and why working together leads to stronger outcomes.

WHY DESIGN MEETS INDUSTRY
Not every company has all the expertise it needs in-house. External designers and design agencies bring valuable experience, specialist knowledge and extensive networks.

Thursday 22 October - Symposium 'Hoe denkt de opdrachtgever'

The Industrial Design Hub is hosting the invitation-only symposium ‘Hoe denkt de opdrachtgeve?’. Rather than an abstract discussion about design, this will be an open and in-depth conversation about expectations, interests, choices and the realities behind the design process.

When: Thursday 22 October, 11:00–12:30
Location: Heijmans Room (Klokgebouw, B4), ID Hub, Eindhoven
