Five individual objects by five designers from the students of Design Academy. The objective of the exhibition is to showcase the coexistence of these objects by creating a harmonious visual ensemble of color, while also highlighting the interceptions that occur when light is limited, redirected.

In Correspondence to Nohra

To reach the moment of the abyss of reality—or Nohra—one must see that it is constructed out of many interceptions, just like raindrops slowly dripping down a car window or streetlights intercepted by swirling tree branches in the wind.

We would like to invite people to immerse themselves into our unique abyss, pull themselves out of the ordinary and let the color gradations soak in their vision.

Title origins

The title “Interception” was chosen to emphasize that life, as we see it, is actively prone to distortion. We should not fear these interceptions but rather allow their flow to move us. The transcendent experience embedded within our exhibition is the act of vulnerability: to see and embrace the interceptions we encounter. Such an effect is achieved through the crossing of color and the absence of a single origin of light.
