studio basse., a multidisciplinary creative venue in Eindhoven, presents exclusive visual gastronomic experiences during Dutch Design Week. LANDING brings together designer Grietje Schepers and chef Jan Sobecki of Tribeca in an exploration of movement, transition and belonging. Over several exclusive sittings, guests step away from the everyday and gather around a shared table where food and design unfold as one continuous experience.
LANDING begins with transition. Schepers invites you to slow down and become fully present in an immersive installation. With light, sound and movement, she reshapes the space, drawing guests into an atmosphere of curiosity, wonder and calm.
Sobecki responds through gastronomy, as he prepares to leave Michelin-starred Tribeca for a new chapter at de Wielewaal. His menu reflects transition: expressing seasonality, place and renewal through dishes that evolve. Refined dining, nature and hospitality converge in the experience.
Together, design and gastronomy enter into dialogue. The installation transforms, the menu evolves and the table becomes a place where stories unfold through materials, flavours and shared rituals.
