During DDW, Tante Netty showcases Woensel-West's design at Museum van de WWij. Celebrate with us at our Stoepfeestje! Meet local designers, connect with neighbors, and network over a drink. See you on the sidewalk!

Woensel-West Design

In Woensel-West, you will find a museum named Museum van de WWij—a place of the neighborhood and for the neighborhood. Here, residents of Woensel-West can share their stories, take center stage, and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with their neighbors.

During Dutch Design Week, we showcase the design talent Woensel-West has to offer: a presentation of design objects with a connection to the neighborhood. It features designers who live or work in the area, share a history with the neighborhood, or objects that were crafted right here in Woensel-West.

During DDW, Museum van de WWij turns into a giant diorama. Peer through the peepholes from the outside to discover the wonder within—a world where the muse and the amuse complement one another, sparking curiosity and inspiration. It offers a glimpse into a small yet expansive world where contemporary design meets the Greek pillars of Museum van de WWij.

Featured works include pieces by Aart van Asseldonk, Sjoerd Geerts, Manon Jeuken, Tessa Koot, Tijs Rooijakkers, Teun Zwets and Buurttuin vol kleur with Rosanne van Wijk, Miriam Sanders and Annemarie Voorsluys.
